CONTAINERIZED HUMAN CREMATION PLANT.

The first two GEM-Matthews International containerized cremator units were delivered to Spain.

This solution is a flexible and environment-friendly response to the current pandemic.

The 40-foot container is an independent cremation unit that only needs to be connected to electricity and gas or LPG as fuel.

Inside the container equipped with a ventilation system and internal lighting is installed a single end CRM 3 unit capable of performing 5 to 10 cremations per day, equipped with all the technical features required by European standards, a combustion fan installed in a soundproof cabin to minimize the acoustic impact, a continuous automatic control panel with remote control, an ash processor for ash treatment, cremation tools for ash discharge and floor cleaning, a coffin handling and loading system, a safety and protection kit for operators, a safety kit and a fire extinguisher for possible emergencies.

In addition, in compliance with current health and hygiene regulations, the container undergoes sanitation and disinfection treatment before departure.

All components are wired and tested before departure.

Therefore once arrived at destination the cremation unit is immediately operational, as soon as the utilities are connected.
