The GEM IEB-16 system is suitable for companies that plan to carry out 1.000 - 2.000 cremations of pets per year. This crematory furnace is perfectly suited for both individual cremations and small volumes of collective cremations. The cremation chamber manages small and medium sized animals up to 136 kg of total weight and the Smoke -Buster TM 85 multi-chamber design system ensures complete combustion of all visible emissions and odours. Safety controls, isolation, the electric-hydraulic door, the stainless steel exhaust duct and touch screen control panel make this system extremely safe and convenient for the operator.

The GEM RPS series static furnaces are small to medium sized static combustion chamber incinerators, with cycle operation and have been specially designed for the cremation of animals or hospital solid waste and of different nature with low and medium density of humidity.
They can handle 70 to 550 kg per cycle in an incineration process of about 2 hours. There is a wide production range capable of meeting the needs of different types of customers. The cremation takes place in a two stage process ensuring the total absence of unpleasant smells and emissions in line with the most stringent European parameters.
